Unagi Restaurant in Mie Prefecture’s Kuwana City, “Shinjō”
Located near “Nishi-Kuwana Station” (JR Kansai Main Line/Kintetsu Nagoya Line/Yoro Railway Yoro Line)
and right next to Kuwana City Hall is Unagi Restaurant “Shinjō.”
Opened in 1981 as a new location for long-established caterer “Uojo,” which had been in business for over 60 years.
Please enjoy the “taste of Kuwana Shinjō” through the various eel dishes,
whose flavor and attentive creation have not changed since the restaurant’s establishment over 35 years ago.
Over 90% of the eel our restaurant uses is from the safe and reliable Mie-based brand, “Kiso Three Rivers Eel.”
The eels are thick; a single eel weighs in at 260 grams.
